By using the services provided by KBLnet, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe and reliable environment for all our hosting clients.

1. Account Setup and Eligibility

By registering for an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including a valid email address for billing and notifications.

2. Content and Prohibited Use

All services provided by KBLnet may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our services for:

  • Copyright Infringement: Storing or distributing pirated software or unauthorized media.
  • Malicious Activity: Hosting malware, phishing sites, or engaging in DDoS attacks.
  • Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails via our servers.
  • Adult Content: KBLnet does not allow any legal or illegal adult content on our servers.

3. Resource Usage

Users must not consume excessive system resources (CPU, RAM, or Disk I/O) that negatively impact other clients. If your account exceeds limits, we reserve the right to suspend the account until the issue is resolved.

4. Billing and Payments

  • Payment: All services are prepaid via PayPal or Stripe.
  • Late Fees: Payments not received within 3 days of the due date will incur a late fee of $10.00.
  • Suspension: Accounts will be suspended after 5 days overdue.
  • Termination: Accounts will be permanently terminated/deleted after 15 days overdue.

5. Domain Registrations

KBLnet does not provide domain registration services.

6. Uptime Guarantee

We strive to maintain a 99.9% network uptime. This guarantee excludes scheduled maintenance or hardware failure.

7. Backups and Data Loss

Use of this service is at your sole risk. While we perform backups, KBLnet is not responsible for data loss. Clients must maintain independent backups.


Refund Policy (15-Day Money Back Guarantee)

At KBLnet, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. To request a manual refund, you must contact us at kblnet@kblnet.com.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • New Customers Only: Applies only to the initial purchase.
  • Request Period: Must be submitted via a billing ticket within 15 days.
  • Account Standing: Suspended accounts for TOS violations are not eligible for refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable: Dedicated Servers, SSL Certificates, and Late Fees.

3. Processing Refunds

Refunds are issued to PayPal or Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
